Lucie lets you offer supplemental coverage, like dental, vision, accident, and hospital indemnity plans, right alongside major medical. Before you can quote or enroll clients in these plans, you'll need to add each supplemental carrier to your account. Be aware that you need to be appointed and contracted with a carrier before you can begin quoting.
Here's how to add carriers.

Step 1: Navigate to carrier setup

From your account setup, or the drop-down menu under your name in the top right, click Manage your Lucie Account. Scroll about halfway down the page until you see the supplemental carrier management boxes.

Step 2: Add agent number

Find your appointed carriers and click Add Agent Number. Once your agent number is added, you can turn the carrier to active and choose the lines of coverage you'd like to quote and enroll.
Note: If you cannot turn on a carrier, it may be turned off at the agency level. Reach out to your agency admin to request the line of coverage be turned on. Admins can turn on lines of coverage under My Agency Profile on the left-hand menu, then Restrictions.

Step 3: Start quoting

Once your agent number is added and the line of coverage is turned on, the carrier's supplemental plans will appear automatically when you quote clients in that state.
